Dear Aman,
As per general practice if keyboard, Mouse etc.. is purchased with computer as a accessory than it will included in the cost of computer but if the use of this type of accessory is more and unit require to purchase these item 3-4 for times in a than you can consider it as a revenue expense.
CC TV camera you can take it a capital expense.
