28 October 2013 dear sir
assesse have income sec 194c Rs 12000 and
194d Rs 35472. now in natures of business
schedule its need for sec 194C select 0505- others and for sec 194D 0301- general commission agents or something else? please advice me sir. thanks......

29 October 2013 there is no tds section available as 194D
.
.
if it is 194H you can opt for commission agent

thanks for your valuable replies but a little confusion that lic agents can select 0301 code as general commission agents and also received 12000 sec 194C as payment to contractors can select 0505 code i.e. others in natures of business schedule means its need to select both 0301 for general commission agents and 0505 for payments to others contractors? please clear to me. thanks.....
