Dear Experts,
What is meant by corrected MOA & AOA in case of Change in name & registered office...?
Is it sufficient to cater the requirements of roc, If i am uploading moa and aoa after made changes in name and object clauses?

If you have amended any clause of MOA and AOA, proper footnote should be inserted, wherever amendments made, along with the signature of the Director and stamp of the Company.

RoC need only updated moa and aoa.

For changes in shareholders you should properly execute share transfer deeds and update the Statutory registers accordingly.
For change in Directors, ROC should be intimated by proper filing of Form 32.

Form 32 already filed for directors and form 7 executed for share holders on last year.

In MOA, no change has to be done for both the above.
AOA need not be changed for transfer of shares.
For AOA, check the wordings of your Directors Clause. Do they Spell as 'First Directors' or 'Present Director'. If it is 'Present Directors' you may change it as per the new Directorship of the Company.
