IS THERE ANY FILE THAT CONTAIN THE NAME OF THE CLIENTS WHOSE AUDIT ARE CONDUCT BY A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FIRM?

No you cannot get those details in case of individuals and partnership firms. In the case of companies, if you login in to mca website the form filed by the CA for accepting the appointment will be displayed there and you can find out.
