Name of new co

I want to revive my old co. of 1993 with the same name.But at present in master data Company status (For efiling) is STRIKE OFF and for in view signatory detials it shown as Company is default in submitting DIN 3 & F.No.32.since begining co. has no Balance sheet or AGM or Accounts.So if I revive this old co. so whether I have to file all the old return ie. 23AC,23ACA,20 B etc as well or not.So what to do.i.e. whether revive old one or not.pls. advise

The MCA/ROC would not let off any one under default and one has to follow the procedure. You must e-file all pending forms and return and make the compliance updated. If one decides to CLOSE DOWN the Company even then ROC would not allow till all compliance have been compiled with. Question Answer forums will not help you.
