Dear expert,
I use to file my IT returns in the name of "Pradeep Kumar", whereas my name on PAN card is "Pradeep Kumar Dhuoon". This year my case is audit case and I have obtained my digital signature in the name of "Pradeep Kumar Dhuoon". Can I still fill my name in retrun as "Pradeep Kumar", beacase I want my refund in the name of "Pradeep Kumar"
Please advise me.

pan datase is master, and all communication including refund will be in the pan database name / style and address,
if you want to change it, then request pan database, by filing 49A
