is it correct as per cos act 1956 that all companies must use the word "ltd " .pvt cos must use the name "pvt ltd " and sec 25 companies and government cos have an option not to use the word ltd ?

yes it is correct. section 25 and govt cos have option either to use word ltd or pvt ltd.

Yes, it is so. Every company have to use this word of ltd. and sec 25 and govt. companies enjoy relaxation.
