hai, recently I altered my company name and the same was approved by ROC and necessary certificate was also received. let me inform, what is the next step to be taken as per procedural aspect

The company will have to note the change of name in every copy of the Memorandum of Association, Articles of Associations. Further necessary changes should be made in name plates, letter head, stamp, common seal and other official publications of the company after getting new Certificate of Incorporation. The company also must comply the provision of section 147 of the Companies Act, 1956 for the display of new name.
It is desirable, though not required by law, to issue a public notice announcing the change of name in newspaper.
