2. SUPER UNIVERSAL BUS AIR CONDITIONING
3.MEGA UNIVERSAL BUS AIR CONDITIONING
4.UNITED UNIVERSAL BUS AIR CONDITIONING
WE ARE READY TO FORM EITHER LLP OR PVT LTD COMPANY WITH ABOVE NAMES.

PLEASE ALSO MENTION THE MINIMUM PAID UP CAPITAL REQUIRED FOR USING THE WORD UNIVERSAL.

Dear Salman
It will be better for us if you mention nature of your business .
As far as minimum capital for using world universal in your company name , it have to adhere naming guidelines as per company act amended in time to time .
As per section 20 and 21 of companies act 1956 , you must have minimum of Rs 1 crore if your company name start with world universal .but if you are using world universal in your company name other than first world than your company capital must be Rs 50 lacks .

Forming a pvt.Ltd or LLp is two option with you but before going in to any one of that you must considered following fact .
1. Your business nature.
2. Resources available with you
3. Your business's connection with foregin country .
