Dear Experts,
One of my client wants to incorporate a Pvt. ltd company with starting word of Global.
Now my query is that whether Authorised capital will be Rs. 1 lacs or 1 Cr. ?
Please suggests.

now there is no restriction on the basis of Authorise capital.
you can add any word on 1 lac capital.

so all previous circulars will be replaced and circular provided in Your reply is the only rule..
i have not seen any rule regarding this special names so we can say that no limit on authorised capital
