I filed Form 1A, MCA directed to resubmit as TM is granted in 1995 for KEY TWO Words of the name.
But the applicant is running business with these words since 1991,
Can any of the experts suggest any solution so that name can be approved with KEy TWO Words.

The two key words can be included in the name of the company after getting noc from the TM holder.
