04 March 2013 I got a name approved for a company with registered office in Delhi..

The promoters now want to register the company in Haryana with the same name.

When I upload the fresh form, I get an error that the same name already exists and the form is not uploaded.

How can I upload the form (with the new registered office address) now without changing the name and without waiting for the period of 60 days to get over ?

04 March 2013 If you want to continue the same name to both the states, its not possible to register. You can register a same name any one of the state. You have to wait.

04 March 2013 I want to register it in Haryana whereas the name has been approved in Delhi..
Don't want to use the same name in both states..
