A is Manufacturing Company situated in Gujarat & B is situated in Maharashtra is also a Manufacturing Company .
Now A is merged in B and the resulting co is A (A Dvn of B ) and A uses IE code of B for import. what name will reflect on Bill of Entry .

It will be B but before import specific amendments required to be carried out in the IEC granted to B. Approach your Regional Authority of DGFT.
