Dear Sir/Madam,
We are Private limited company in health care industry providing only "Continues ECG services" to our customers with our own device.my query regarding whether our come under Diagnostic Centre providing healthcare services As per GST and this Notification No.12/2017-CT Rate Dt: 28/06/2017 is applicable to our company also.
Please help me with this regard.

Hi rambabu,services by way of diagnosis come under the category of health care services covered under SAC 9993 in connection with health care services provided by a clinical establishment are exempted.

Thank you kathir, for your response and actually my company is registered in Telangana but notification is received from kerala is it applicable to telangana also.

said notification is central notification issued by Govt of india so applicable in all states of India
