03 November 2010 I am an individual having insurance business. Since I obtain my Permanent Account No. in 1990, but I have not filed my ITR yet. Now my TDS dedn. for the F Y 2008-09 is 17,000/- Will I get my TDS refunds after deducting my Income tax for the mentioned year? How much there is surity? Pls. guide me at my ID "dasaigupta@yahoo.in"

04 November 2010 By filing of return for the financial year 2008-09 you can take refund from income tax authority.
