U CAN APPLY IT IN FORM NO ST-1 BY GIVING THEM DETAILS OF OTHER SERVICES OR PREMISES IF BILLING IS DONE FROM HEAD OFFICE.
OTHERWISE U HAVE TO TAKE ST REGISTRATION FOR EVERY PREMISES.
