1. Can a Builder register as MSME?
2. Is there any turnover limit for MSME Registration?
3. Whether Motor Car and Office Equipments would quantify for Calculating Investment in Plant & Machinery?

1. Yes, Builder can obtain registration under MSME, based on specific activities registration can be done as manufacturer 41-Construction of Buildings, 42-Civil Engineering or 43-Specialised Construction activity and as Service provider 68-Real estate activity
2. No. at present there is no turnover limit, limit are been specified of investment in Plant & machinery or in Equipment as applicable.
3. All assets used specifically for furtherance of business can be taken into consideration.
