MSME confusion

30 May 2020 Dear Experts,

We are manufacturer, our investment in Plant & Machinery is around 12 Cr.
But our Turnover in last year 2019-20 was 245 Cr. We are in confusion that
in which category we will fall? Either medium or large? Someone says "Medium"
and someone says "Large".

Please suggest to help me.

30 May 2020 For MEDIUM , the condition is Investment < 20 cr AND Turnover < 100 cr. Here, turnover exceeded the limit. Hence, the classification is LARGE.

But Sir, there is also a confusion that if Investment is 4.9 Cr. (condition for small)
and Turnover is 90 Cr.(condition for Medium), then what will be our Category?
