Moving into mergers and acquisition after company secretarys

26 October 2016 i am a CS qualified and wish to have a career in mergers and acquisition domain of investment banking. For this purpose do I need to pursue other qualification or any any reputed certification which is better and easy to manage.
Please guide me regarding this and along with prospects firm in which I can apply for the same.
