Motor car - perquisite valuation

IF the employee of A company gets car for using the same for official as well as private puroses from B company. Then what is the perquisites value taxable in the hands of employee of A Company. A and B companies are not subsidiary or holding of each other but the same are under the same management. Please advise

it is not covered under the head salary however it is taxable in other sources and valuation is same as per section 17
