15 March 2012 My company had a modification of charge dated 17/10/2011 and the same was registered with Register of Companies on 06/03/2012 with a delay of 111 days,and as per instruction in MCA21 portal Track Your Transaction Status we have to approach Company Law Board for condonation of delay but with reference to General Circular 13/2007 dated 27th September 2007 it was clarified that delay within 300 days from the date of event is allowed with a additional fee without approaching the Company Law Board U/S 141 of Companies Act 1956. So can you please suggest me that i can write letter to roc requesting to allow the Form 8 with the required additional fee.

you have to file a petition for condonation of delay in filing of modification of charge. The CLB circular dt.7-5-2008 has amended the 27.09.07 circular. 28 March 2012 Dear All (VAT CST Adjustment)

My company is a manufacturing company purchase goods locally (State of Bihar) (by paying Vat on Purchase), and after processing the same is sold out of state with CST Liability and my full sale is CST sale, so can I adjust CST with VAT input on Local Purchase and pay the balance amount ……..if not how can I adjust my Vat Input standing in books of accounts ……
