How we treat mobile purchased in name of employee. whether co show it as fixed assets in books or to show it as expenses.

It depends upon the policy of the company.
In some companies, the mobile phone is given to the employee every three years. If he leaves in between, the Company recovers the WDV at the date of resignation from his / her salary.
In above case, it would be depreciated over 3 years.
