1. Can we put Other Objects in MOA? Yes, you can and should include “Other Objects” in the MOA. The MOA usually contains three clauses under Objects Clause: Main Objects: Primary activities your company will engage in. Ancillary or Incidental Objects: Activities incidental or necessary to achieve the main objects. Other Objects: Additional activities the company might want to pursue in future. Including “Other Objects” gives flexibility to the company to undertake activities beyond the primary objectives without amending MOA frequently. 2. Objects in Name Reservation Form (RUN Form) While applying for name reservation, the MCA portal asks to select an Industry Code and enter the object(s). Only 2 main objects are allowed at the time of name reservation. This limitation is for the simplicity of name approval, and these two objects should reflect the core business activities. You can always add more objects in the MOA at the time of incorporation or later via an amendment.
