Will Someone help me in Finalizing MOA Main Objects of PVt Ltd. for the purpose of Web Site Developmenst / Promotion/ Software development for Web Sites/ Hiring/Providing staff for Web Site Development in Indai/Abroad

MOA has not any specified format. For formation of new one all clauses of MOA can be divided in two category one which are statutorily required and one which are specific to the nature and culture of the company.
You can refer MOA of any company engaged in similar line of activities. Study all the MOA and extract relevant clauses as well as or make amendment as appropriate to your situation.
