30 October 2011 Sir, Pls guide whether for creation of a private company, with Form 1 MOA and AOA can be attached without printing on stamped paper. Simple typed in word and convert to pdf is OK or not.

Also guide whether directors physical signature is also required or DSC is sufficient.

Reg. 1st Query:
Now you can pay the stamp duty in electronic form hence your 1st query is not relevant. Just simply file the MOA & AOA in PDF format and attach it to form 1.

Reg. 2nd query:
It is mandatory that the promoters should sing & write in own handwriting the address, occupation, No. of shares subscribed at SUBSCRIPTION PAGE....

DSC is required to digitally sigh the eforms to upload at mca website.
