Moa & aoa as per new companies act, 2013

21 September 2013 Dear Experts,

Is there any change in the procedure to incorporate a Private Limited Company as per new companies Act? Is there any change in the documents and format of MOA & AOA as per new companies act and ROC fees as well?

21 September 2013 There is no change in fee structure.
New definition of the Private Companies is notified vide 12/09/2013 and applicable from immediate effect. So, AoA must contains the new definition if Form filed is on or after 12/09/2013.
All other steps remains same, as on date.

21 September 2013 There is no new format, only you have to replace the definition of private company by new one.
