Dear Experts,
Is there any change in the procedure to incorporate a Private Limited Company as per new companies Act? Is there any change in the documents and format of MOA & AOA as per new companies act and ROC fees as well?

There is no change in fee structure.
New definition of the Private Companies is notified vide 12/09/2013 and applicable from immediate effect. So, AoA must contains the new definition if Form filed is on or after 12/09/2013.
All other steps remains same, as on date.

There is no new format, only you have to replace the definition of private company by new one.
