Hi,
Can any one tell me that , i have drafted a moa and aoa , now i need to submit these through form 1 in mca with a stamp duty or there is anything else ir required for stampoing and else , please let me know the exact procedure. its urgent

Hi,
MoA and AoA only attracts stamp duty. and you have to enclose other documents as attachments in form 1 are details of subscribers, declaration by promoters, name availability certificate, Power of Attorney (if any), MD declaration (if any).
