05 August 2010 Please help i want to incorporate the company whose main object is To carry on the business in India and abroad, to manufacture, produce, develop, assemble, publish, buy, sell, distribute, market, import , export, wholesale, retail, trade, supply, mobile phone contents in the form of music tones, video clips, wallpapers, text, widgets, images, audio, GPS navigation Mobile Social Networking, Mobile Photo Sharing, Mobile Chat, Mobile IM etc and to act as a mobile contents provider, developer, aggregator and publisher and also as agents, sub-agents, commission agents, indenters, consignors, packers, brokers, concessionaires or otherwise to deal in Mobile Phone Contents, Mobile phone accessories and other telecom and electronic products & accessories.BASICALLY MOBILE CONTENTS COMPANY

can any one help me with the draft MOA & AOA

05 August 2010 The object clause is perfect.

The balance portion of the MOA / AOA can be taken from any normal MOA/AOA.

Or else use table A for AOA.
