No need to worry excessively about minor mistakes on your OMR sheet. Here's what you should know and do:
### **1. **Impact of Minor Mistakes**
- **Hall Ticket Number in Words:** A minor spelling mistake like "twovel" instead of "twelve" in the hall ticket number section typically does not affect your exam results or your marks. The examination system is designed to primarily read and process the hall ticket number in digits. As long as the numeric digits are correct, the minor spelling error in the words usually won't cause issues.
### **2. **Precautionary Measures**
- **Double-Check:** In future exams, double-check all entries, especially on crucial forms like the OMR sheet, to ensure all information is accurate and correctly entered.
### **3. **If You Still Have Concerns**
- **Contact ICAI:** If you're still concerned or if you receive any communication indicating a problem due to this error, contact the ICAI examination department as soon as possible. Explain the situation and seek clarification.
- **ICAI Contact Information:** - **Website:** [ICAI Official Website](https://www.icai.org/) - **Helpline:** Use the contact details provided on the ICAI website for exam-related queries. - **Email:** You can email the examination department or the designated email address for student queries.
### **4. **General Advice**
- **Maintain Copies:** Keep copies of all your exam-related documents and communications. - **Stay Calm:** Minor errors usually don’t impact the evaluation of your performance. Focus on preparing for future exams and assignments.
### **Sample Communication (If Needed)**

Subject: Clarification Request Regarding Minor Mistake on OMR Sheet
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a minor issue I encountered with my OMR sheet for the IPCC examination held on [Date of Exam].
During the examination, I inadvertently wrote "twovel" instead of "twelve" in the gap provided for writing the hall ticket number in words. However, the numerical digits were correctly filled.
I would like to confirm whether this minor spelling error will impact my exam results or if there are any further actions required from my end.
A small spelling error on the OMR sheet is unlikely to affect your results as long as the numeric details are correct. However, if you are worried or face any issues, reaching out to ICAI directly will provide you with the most accurate information and resolution.
