Mistake in roc records

20 March 2013 Hi, my company is having authorised capital of Rs 20L as per MOM but as per roc records its Rs 5L. How do i get it rectified. Moreover the annual statements (BS and other documents) attached with roc forms also shows autho. capital as Rs 5L as this data was taken from roc website. This came to my notice when i was going through MOM for altering it for filing Form 5 to increase capital from 5L to 10L. Wat do i do? my co. already has 20L as autho. captial as per MOM bt as per ROC its 5L. i need to raise share capital??

22 July 2013 First of all you find out the documents of increase in capital from 5L to 20L and then you meet the ROC it will be solved. Also find out the filing of form no 5 after increase in capital. It seems that this paper is not in the records of ROC. So get ist recorded.
