20 November 2011 I applied for a pan card. But in this i found spelling mistake in my father name.
Now what can i do?

Is another form i should fill for tis correction.

Pls tell me correct form no.

21 November 2011 Yes A fresh form giving details of the PAN and submitting evidence for the corrected name should be submitted.The new Form 49A be submitted

21 November 2011 if you have already done photo copy of the application of form 49a, email to nsdl or concerned department (NSDL / UTI)
