Mistake during the registration of client

Dear Sir
I wished to register my client for filing of online income tax return. But while registering, we put wrong email ID & so that we are not able to login his account. So i need to know that how can we resolve this query?
Please help me.

Go for forgot password n change the password as well as email id there. Its possible you can try.
