Missing tds challans

13 January 2012 Hi, actually thing is that tds has been paid but we missing that challans so i wanna know that is there any way to get challans copy for audit and Ets? or any other way to fix up this problem? Please help me on this soon.

13 January 2012 Since TDS must have been paid online contact your banker to know how to get a copy of the challan from the site of the bank.

https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/TanSearch

Go to above link fill up TAN and provide the period. From here you will get the details of challan deposited. Then you can match the same by mentioning the amount. It will contain all the details like CIN No, BSR Code, Type of payment etc. In absence of challan it can be provided as documentary proof.
