misplacement of stamped it return form

i have submitted it return form for assessment year 08/09 in july 08 and recieved stamped form from it office but same is misplaced what shall i do?

Go to the concerned ITO of your Jurisdiction where you have filed your Return & Explain him your problem & he will solve your problem. he can even help you by stamping a fresh copy in the same date as originally filed
