Mismatch of bank interest paid certificate with 26 äs

Intérest paid by SBI not matching with that of 26 AS, by more than one lakh by one the SBI Branches. Bank authority agreed the mistake. It will take time to correct. If not corrected before 31st July, I have to pay Rs.25000/- extra tax. What to do?

If SBI has deducted tax correctly but not deposited or return is not filed correctly then it's their responsibility
if they have not deducted then only you have to pay tax
IT will send notice to them
