Mismatch in tds

Sir,
I filled online ITR1 for AY 2012-13, IT dept. send me an intimation us/ 143 saying that there is mismatch in TDS, However when I verified the 26AS it shows no mismatch.
how to apply for rectification?

log on to the department site
click the rectification under my account head
fill the details of intimation i.e. cpc communication no etc.
then there will a link which allow to you match the mis matched tds details
fill and submit
