07 January 2009 Expenses which do not fall within any other catagory, falls within miscellaneous exp. There is no limit or % on turnover. But it should be at Minimum as far as possible.

08 January 2009 what can be consiered the minimum level? since we have companies with varying turnovers, so we cannot estimate each on the same parameter. how much can be considered for a company of turnover say 50crores?
