Issue-1: Flex boards installed for advertisement are to be treated as Fixed Assets or as revenue expenditure?

Issue 1: As per my view the life of flex boards is generally short term means with in one year, so it shall be treat as revenue expenditure.
Issue 2: I think TDS to be deduct, but i am not sure.
For exact suggestions from other experts i keeping this query as Open, the reply given by me is just my opinion not confirm.
