14 August 2010 1. does the person becoming chairman has 2 votes- one in the capacity of director and second in the capacity of chairman?

2. what is the meaning of contingent notice?

3.what is the time limit for completion of an adjourned board meeting, if it is going to adjourned a number of times? how many times a board meeting can be adjourned?

4.who is first class magistrate or presidency magistrate?

2) Don't know

3) There is no such specification under the act

4) Appoint by the high court as such person for various districts. basically it is only a name given to the post.
