MIS report means Management Information System, it is nothing but only summary of your workings.

If you have done any exercise, say vendor reconciliation, then what you will present infront of management?

You will present only one or two page summary infront of management but not whole working. Therefore, that summary is the MIS report.

and it does not have any specific format, it depends on requirement. So, you can prepare MIS in your required or desired format.
