18 February 2011 There is no ROI of minor. Minor income should be clubbed with parents.

In the case of income earned by minor by applying his own skills, talent then it will not be clubbed. In that case minor can file his/her ROI. In that case who will sign ROI????

18 February 2011 In that case according to me signed by the person who has signed on minor's pan card application.

But if the person who has signed PAN card is not living or due to any unavoidable circumstances not able to sign....

Further no time to change Signatory in the PAN card in the above case then what?????
