what should be minimum fees to be charged to client as per icai or normal practice for dignity of our profession

i required an idea so that i decided my fees ,, for itr 1 2 3 4 4s IT audit vat return service tax return like a minimum fees without which we ca's cant accept work, like i said a market trend you know that
as like what market rate on financing a loan means how much % of loan we take to finanace work
