Dear Members,
whether a company claim MAT credit entitlement (Asset)without paying the tax. However, the company has provided full provision in the books of account for income tax (payable).

Not justifiable,
MAT credit is available when it is paid to the credit of government, without paying MAT you caanot claim MAT credit , it would be manipulation of bal. sheet figures
