Whether Profit on sale of Capital Asset (Land) included in Book Profit U/S 115JB?

Yes, capital profit credited to P&L is part of book profit.

whether same will be also included in capital gain head?

yes , as per income tax it is capital gain, but indexation benefit will not be available for arriving book profit.
