Migration of pan

14 August 2015 My residential status was resident in india in Financial Year 2013-14. last year my status changed from resident to non resident.

Now i have to file my income tax return as NRI status.

I heard that jurisdiction are different for NRIs and resident. Since i applied PAN when i was resident in india now i was NRI last year, Should i hv to migrate my pan from resident status to nri status or i can file the return with the same PAN no under same jurisdiction.
