Migrating data from 7.2 to erp 9

31 March 2017 When i open migrating software from 7.2 to erp 9,

The 7.2 window opens but there is an error message, describing failed to open tally 9.

The migrate data from the menus are not highlighted.
I cannot process further.

Does any one have solution?
