PROS OF BIG FOUR:-
1)IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE IN A PARTICULAR FIELD.
2)FUTURE BENIFIT IN CAREER
CONS OF BIG FOUR
1)LESS LEAVES
2)FREQUENT TRAVEL
3)WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET EXPOSURE IN OTHER FIELD DUE TO NON ROTATION STAGNATION IN ONE DEPT ONLY
PROS OF MID SIZE FIRM
1) WILL GET CHANCE TO GET WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MORE THAN ONE SUBJECT/FIELD
2)ONE WILL HAVE CHANCE/OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE CAREER IN FIELD OF INTERSET
CONS OF MID SIZE FIRM
I DOUBT ANY CONS IN MID SIZE FIRM
SO IF YOU GET INVOLVED SINCERELY IN THE ASSIGNMENT PROVIDED TO YOU IN MID SIZE FIRM, THEN YOU WILL LEARN MORE AS COMPARED TO BIG FOUR. YOU NEED TO ASK YOUR SIR TO KEEP ROTATING DEPT IN REASONABLE PERIOD IN A MID SIZE FIRM AND GNERALLY SIR ARE ALWAYS READY FOR. SO ACCORDING TO MY PERSONAL OPINION, MID SIZE FIRM IS A BETTER PLACE FOR ARTICLESHIP
