I want to file a memorandum of my client under this act, who is cover under micro enterprises, can any body help what is the procedure for registration under this act, and i also need a draft copy of memorandum,

Is registration mandatory for an enterprise to be an Micro,Small or Medium enterprise or the unit automatically becomes a Micro, Small or Medium enterprise by virtue of the provision of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT ACT 2006
