Whether the IFSC code has superseded the MICR code. And what is the way to know IFSC code, as on cheque book only micr code is printed.

Please advise me.

28 May 2013 How is to deal in case of rural branches.
Earlier I use to fill 0 nine times instead of micr code and that was accepted by ITR utility, but in case of ifsc code I tried to fill 0 eleven times but it did not work?

you have to give valid value

give branch name and bank name
