28 October 2014 I have recently formed a private limited.
My all filings are were pending of last year. Now CA has asked me to file above mentioned forms.
How much penalty I am liable to pay?
bifurcated rough quotes and quick response would be appreciated.

Fees depend on your AGM date and capital authorised capital

Normal fees are Rs. 300 for authorised capital of Rs. 1 lac

Thanks for quick reply.

Capital is 1 lac, and AGM date is 15th Oct.

So if AGM is not been held for last financial year that is 2013-2014, and the first AGM is been held on 15th Oct. How many times of normal fee would be penalty?

Considering company formation is in Nov 2013.

30 October 2014 if you are doing annual filing for AGM dated 15 october 2014 no additional fee except 300 per form allowed

if it is 15 october 2013 maximum filing fee of 3000 will come..
.
.
but if you can complete it before 14 november you can save some amount of additional fee as company law settlement scheme is available till 14 november
